HOW MUCH SPACE WILL I NEED?
Our tent dimensions are 20 feet by 20 feet with a height of 13 feet. Any space exceeding these dimensions will be suitable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER CHANGES ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?
Our equipment is designed to endure light drizzles. In case of inclement weather and if you opt to proceed with the event, we will enhance the weatherproofing of our electronics. However, this may increase the risk of violating our damage deposit policy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
Any damaged or lost items are considered a breach of our Damage Policy, Leading to forfeiture of your damage deposit. Our venue and equipment undergo thorough inspection before and after each event to ensure everything remains clean and in working order.
You will need at least two outlets on separate circuits within 50 feet of the setup location. if you have any questions about power supply, feel free to call us!
WILL WE NEED POWER?
Our nightclub stays cool at night, but on hot, sunny days, the tent can heat up. to ensure comfort, we provide an AC/ heater unit that also works as a fan to regulate the temperature as needed.
WHAT TYPE OF VENTILATION DOES THE NIGHTCLUB COME WITH?
For safety, no sharp objects are allowed inside the venue. An adult must supervise children at all times. Our staff will also provide a safety briefing at the start of the event.
