Pocket Party Policy

By booking with Pocket Party, you agree to comply with these policies and ensure your guests do the same. Let’s make your event unforgettable and safe!

Reservation and Bookings

- All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

- Final payment is due 5 days before the event. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation.

- Changes to the event date or location must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply for late changes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a credit for a future event, valid for 6 months.

- Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur a fee.

Equipment Overnight Stay

- If the vent area is secured with fencing, Pocket Party equipment can remain on-site overnight until the next day, allowing for extended event times or easier teardown.

- If area is not secured, all equipment must be collected no later than 12:00 AM to ensure its safety and prevent any potential damages.  

Weather Policy

- In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event. If resceduling is not possible, a full credit will be issued for future use.

Travel Policy

- Pocket Party travels up to on hour from Nashville, TN.

- Events outside this area will incur additional travel dees, which will be calculated based on distance and time required.

- Travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

Liability

- Pocket Parties not liable for injuries sustained by participants during the event. A liability wavier must be signed by the event host prior to the event.

-The event host is responsible for any damages to Pocket Party equipment caused by negligence or misuse .

Setup Requirements

- The host must provide a flat, clean, and safe area for setup, with access to electricity within 50 feet.

- The setup area must be free of debris, and any obstacles must be cleared before Pocket Party staff arrives.

Cleanup

- The event host is responsible for ensuring the area is free of debris before the pickup of Pocket Party Equipment.

- An additional cleaning fee may apple if the setup area islet excessively dirty.

- Any items left inside or around the inflatable after the event will be discarded unless claimed within 24 hours.

Conduct

- We ask all guests to respect the Pocket Party property and staff.

- Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without a refund.

- Pocket Party receives the right to refuse service or remove any guest who poses a risk to the safety of others or equippment.
